CHAPTER 02 | PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
The Public Welfare for Everyone Philosophy
Public welfare for everyone means that regardless of age, profession, income or background, every person can participate in a way that suits them. Public welfare is not limited to financial donations; people can contribute time, knowledge, skills, experience, connections and care.
WPWAF advocates “One Act of Kindness Every Day,” encouraging everyone to proactively do something beneficial for another person, the community or the environment each day. It also promotes “One Hour of Service Every Month” as a practical way to lower the barrier to participation.
Students, working professionals, retirees, specialists, business owners and international partners can all participate according to their abilities. WPWAF hopes to develop mutual assistance, sharing, integrity, responsibility and respect into a shared culture of public welfare.

Yes. Public welfare can begin with small actions in everyday life, such as helping others, caring for older people, protecting the environment or volunteering.
