CHAPTER 04 | TRANSPARENCY & PUBLIC TRUST
Transparency is a foundation for building social trust in public welfare. The public needs to understand how resources are raised, managed and used in order to establish long-term credibility.
WPWAF regards credibility as a key asset and is committed to lawful management, integrity, standardized operations and progressively improved public information mechanisms.
The Foundation establishes internal management processes for public welfare funds, materials and project implementation, while progressively improving inquiry and tracking mechanisms. It welcomes public, partner and donor attention to project outcomes through public information, outcome reports and ongoing communication.
WPWAF also promotes standardized management, project review, resource management and risk-control mechanisms, and will continue improving its digital platform, internal processes and information disclosure.
